    Our compliance requirements are driven by management.

    The Compliance Department is responsible for anchoring compliance throughout the company in a responsible and continuous approach.

    Prevention of corruption

    • A ‘zero tolerance’ policy regarding corruption

    Anotech carries out its activities in compliance with the national and international standards to which it is subject regarding the prevention and detection of acts of corruption. 

    Anotech has defined and carries out its anti-corruption policy in compliance with the eight pillars prescribed by the Sapin II Law.

    • Supervision of gifts and invitations offered or received

    Anotech has established a gift and hospitality policy that provides employees with recommendations when confronted with potentially risky situations.

    Prevention of conflicts of interest

    • Every Anotech employee must perform his/her duties objectively. 

    Anotech has a practical guide on conflicts of interest in order to increase employee awareness. Anotech provides several channels of information/communication to report situations of potential or proven conflict of interest. 

    Anotech’s policy on conflicts of interest is also reaffirmed in the Anti-corruption Code of Conduct and in the Ethics and Compliance Charter.

    Management of lobbying and interest representation

    • Anotech undertakes to carry out its lobbying activities in accordance with applicable national and international laws and conventions, as well as its compliance policy.   

    Anotech’s lobbying rules are stated in the Anti-corruption Code of Conduct. The company ensures that lobbying activities are transparent and are not designed to obtain information in a dishonest manner.  

    At this time, Anotech does not carry out any lobbying activity, and so does not appear in any register. Should Anotech adopt this practice, it undertakes to comply with all relevant obligations. 

    Compliance with competition rules

    • Anotech and its employees comply with French, European, and international competition law, as well as the laws applicable in each of the countries in which the company conducts its activity.

    Anotech and its employees refrain from directly or indirectly hindering freedom of competition in all commercial transactions.

    They likewise refrain from adopting unfair trading practices towards competitors and from knowingly striking unlawful deals.

    Anotech’s principles are reaffirmed in the company’s Ethics & Compliance Charter.

    Compliance with international sanctions

    • Anotech operates in strict compliance with international sanction regimes. 

    The company’s compliance policy also covers risk prevention in regards to the violation of international sanctions. 

    Due diligence requirements regarding third parties, which have been implemented as part of Anotech’s anti-corruption measures, is also intended to prevent any risk of violation of international sanctions by Anotech. 

    Protection of personal data

    • Anotech takes all precautions necessary to ensure that personal data is processed securely and in accordance with regulations.

    As such, a group personal data protection policy has been put in place, ensuring consistency in the procedures and processes used to protect personal data within the Group.
